Starbank Redux 1.0.0

Starbank Redux is 100% complete. It's based on Starbank 1.2 which is very very stable.

The only bug is, the first time you start the bank, the savings account interest period is always 5 minutes for the first cycle. I won't be fixing that.
 
How do we access the banker class? is it /banker ? Also, if it does not require PCMod, does that mean PY can't ghost into my bank and jack up the interest again?
 
I can still request 10000000 from you. LOL
It's just a PC that you spawn.

There are bugs on it though.
Currently, it's set to admins only for testing purposes, but it will be made available for all tomorrow once i finish finalizing the server.
