RKS Restarting Operations

Great that it's back! If it helps, I'm actively developing SeriousRP now. When I'm close to launching it, I'll give you guys some help setting it up and customizing it for RKS. It can be used for Spacebuild RP as well as City or build based RP, optionally allowing for more than one government.
