I am getting an error that the account is unable to receive funds.

Any idea as to what is going on?

Hello,

Thanks for your attempt to donate. The original person who used to manage donations is no longer with us due to an extended overseas deployment. I have updated the payment system so it should work from now on. Thank you.

Ok. Donation worked this time. BTW I am not alone in my hatred of Paypal. Just a suggestion , offer a Skrill or Google wallet account as an alternative donation source.
